Yes. We offer daily delivery coverage across all Emirates in the UAE except Hatta and the Western Region. Our operations are designed to provide consistent, reliable service six days a week (Sunday off), giving businesses and individuals the flexibility they need.
Yes. Same-day delivery is our standard service when pickups occur between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with deliveries made between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the same day. For bulk or planned orders, next-day options are available.
Our fleet is fully equipped for chilled deliveries, maintaining strict temperature control between 2°C and 8°C. While our specialty is cold chain logistics, we can also accommodate ambient deliveries based on customer requirements.

Absolutely. Our system sends real-time updates via email. You’ll always know when a delivery is picked up, en route, or completed.
For urgent exceptions, our customer team will contact you immediately (phone or WhatsApp) to agree next steps.
Financial matters and how we handle COD
Yes. COD is one of our core services. We collect payments directly from your customers at the time of delivery and transfer them to you securely. Our processes are designed to minimise risk and ensure that every transaction is tracked, reconciled, and settled efficiently.
We offer one of the fastest settlement cycles in the market. COD amounts are processed and transferred to you within 48 hours, giving you quick access to your cash flow and reducing the waiting times often associated with COD handling.
Yes. You’ll have access to a client portal where you can track your COD balances in real time. The portal gives you full visibility over collected amounts, pending settlements, and completed transfers, so you always know where you stand financially.
Yes. You’ll have secure, self-serve access to an accounting portal where all your invoices, account statements, and payment history are stored. You can log in anytime to view, download, or share your records, making reconciliation and reporting faster and more transparent.

Cold chain and how we maintain quality
All our vehicles are fitted with IoT-enabled temperature sensors that continuously monitor conditions inside the cargo area. These readings are tracked in real time by our operations team, ensuring the goods remain within the required temperature range (2°C–8°C for chilled). From the moment of pickup until final delivery, temperature integrity is maintained and documented.
If a deviation is detected, our system immediately sends an alert to our central control team. Supervisors are trained to respond quickly: contacting drivers, taking corrective action, and, if necessary, escalating to ensure product safety is never compromised. Every incident is logged and reviewed to improve processes and prevent recurrence.
Yes. Our fleet is fully certified to comply with UAE cold chain regulations and international best practices. Vehicles are regularly calibrated and inspected to ensure consistent performance, giving our clients confidence that their sensitive goods are transported safely and in line with quality standards.
