Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Ajman for a Customer Care Agent. The Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat. The role involves providing timely and accurate information about deliveries, settlements, and service policies, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and with empathy. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, coordinating with operations for issue resolution, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or logistics support

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism

Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems (Odoo knowledge is a plus)

Customer-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving attitude

Basic knowledge of delivery processes and COD transactions preferred

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods
